Clover honey has a sweet, flowery flavor and a pleasing, mild taste. Clovers contribute more to honey production in the United States than any other group of plants. The clover in our clover honey includes white Dutch, white blossom, and yellow blossom clover.

While Clover Honey is often considered 'typical store bought honey,' the difference between store bought honey and ours is that we do not heat our honey to excessive temperatures. Honey at your local store is heated extensively to help prevent any crystallization that might occur while it is sitting on the shelf. Excessive heating removes many of the minerals and qualities of honey that make it beneficial to your health.
