The talents of the family extend beyond the vine and into the olive groves of Tuscany where since 1985 they have been cultivating quality olives. This oil was produced from early harvested Tuscan varieties of Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino olives grown and pressed on the hillside estate of the Marchesi di Frescobaldi in Chianti Ruffina.
