Casa Forcello Plum Mostarda 7.85oz

Mostarda from Mantova are condiments, sweet or spicy, that are produced by candying fruit and adding drops of concentrated mustard essence to the juice. Ours are produced in small batches using fruit from local growers, much of which is seasonal. These “Mustards” are often paired with cheese but are versatile and can be paired with boiled meats and other foods. Pair Plum Mostarda with aged cheeses: Aged Asiago, Pecorino Romano, Castelrosso; roast, wild game.
