Its taste is unforgettable, too, because they smoke it over glowing Applewood embers to give it that rich, smoky Nueske's flavor. We understand that Charcuterie is a perishible item and that there are concerns of the product spoiling before it arrives at its destination. To address this concern, we will wrap, package, and ship all of our Charcuterie products in cooling containers whenever they can potentially be exposed to a warm climate. This is done to ensure that the Charcuterie is delivered without spoiling. However, due to the perishable nature of Charcuterie, we highly recommend anyone living in warmer climates to have their product shipped via overnight shipping.
