Pomegranate molasses is used primarily in Mediterranean cooking. It is also called pomegranate syrup, because of it's consistency. This is a 100% natural product of Lebanon. This is an unusual product, which we are still exploring. It can be used for sauces or diluted to make pomegranate drinks.
