Mustards from Montova are condiments, sweet or spicy, that are produced by candying fruit and adding drops of concentrated mustard essence to the juice. Ours are produced in small batches using fruit from local growers, much of which is seasonal. These "Mustards are often paired with cheese but are versatile and can be paired with boiled meats and other foods. Try it with fresh sheeps milk cheeses, such as Cacio de Roma, or with boiled meats and charcuterie.
