Aged six months or more, this pale, ivory cheese is firm, dense and smooth with the slight graininess of a long-aged cheese. The flavor is nutty and brown-buttery, with prominent caramel notes. The wheel is finished in a beautiful black wax. Made in Europe exclusively for Cypress Grove Chevre.
We understand that Cheese is a perishible item and that there are concerns of the product spoiling before it arrives at its destination. To address this concern, we will wrap, package, and ship all of our Cheese products in cooling containers whenever they can potentially be exposed to a warm climate. This is done to ensure that the Cheese is delivered without spoiling.
