Our Rosette de Lyon is a testament to what you can create with seasonings, wine and coarsely chopped meat, slow-aged to perfection with the mold left on the casing. This take-anywhere country-style favorite is as much at home in a picnic basket as it is on a baguette.
We understand that Charcuterie is a perishible item and that there are concerns of the product spoiling before it arrives at its destination. To address this concern, we will wrap, package, and ship all of our Charcuterie products in cooling containers whenever they can potentially be exposed to a warm climate. This is done to ensure that the Charcuterie is delivered without spoiling. However, due to the perishable nature of Charcuterie, we highly recommend anyone living in warmer climates to have their product shipped via overnight shipping.
